Two former Premier Leaguestars agree that Arsenalwill continue their excellent recent run of form and record a fifth straight win against Fulham on Saturday. Mikel Arteta's side travel across London to face the Cottagers as they return to action for the first time since the October international break.
After beating Port Vale, Newcastle United, Olympiacos and West Ham before the two-week hiatus, the Gunners have hit a little bit of momentum and will be desperate to continue that at Craven Cottage.
Liverpool's dip in fortunes before the international period meant Arsenal moved to the top of the table, with the Gunners one point above the Reds after seven fixtures, winning five and drawing one. Tottenham and Bournemouth are the closest challengers to the top two, at this stage, though Manchester City aren't far behind.

Arsenal will be focusing on getting the job done themselves right now, however, ahead of this weekend's trip to Fulham, but can the Gunners record another important win? Well, former Gunners midfielder Paul Merson and ex-Blackburn and Celtic forward Chris Sutton think they will - and in comfortable style.
Speaking to sportskeeda, Merson is confident that Arsenal will beat Fulham 2-0 and move four points above Liverpool in the Premier League table. "If you're Arsenal, these are the games that are going to win you the league. I've seen them slipping up in games like these too many times," he said.
"Arsenal did not beat West Ham last year and they did that this season. They also lost to Fulham last season, so they can send a huge statement with a win against Fulham.
"Three points in this game will send a strong message to their rivals about them learning from the mistakes of the past. Last season, when Arsenal finished second to Liverpool, they lost to West Ham, Fulham and Newcastle. If Arsenal win this Saturday, that's all of those three teams beaten this season, and nine points they missed last time in the bag already!
"I actually think that if Arsenal win this game, they will walk the league title! It's an unbelievable squad and the depth is insane. Arsenal have two good players for every position on the pitch. When you compare it to Liverpool, if Virgil van Dijk gets injured, goodnight! Ryan Gravenberch injured? Goodnight! Even Mo Salah, again goodnight.
"Arsenal look unstoppable. Nobody can catch them if they keep playing like this! If they hadn't lost to Liverpool, we would've been thinking, 'can anyone actually beat them this season?'.
"Arsenal have had the toughest start to a football season and they are still the league leaders! I expect them to kick on from here starting with a comfortable win over Fulham."
Meanwhile, Sutton is in full agreement that Arsenal are going to come on top and has predicted the same scoreline, a 2-0 win for the visitors. "Fulham are no pushovers and they drew this fixture last season, but no-one is stopping Arsenal at the moment," he toldBBC Sport.
"Martin Odegaard is out injured for a few weeks but it won't make a difference. Their squad depth is so strong and my feeling right now is that they are going to power their way to the title."
