Big recruitment drive for technical and executive posts

Hindustan Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (HURL), a joint venture of 5 major public sector organizations such as Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC), Coal India Limited (CIL), Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), and Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL) has started a big recruitment drive for technical and executive posts in its three operational fertilizer complexes Gorakhpur, Sindri and Barauni.

From when to when will you be able to apply?
Hindustan Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited has released recruitment for a total of 39 posts. There are 35 regular appointments and 4 FTC appointments. Under this recruitment drive of HURL, candidates can apply from 22 July to 12 August till 5 pm.

Age limit and required qualification

4 Manager ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000 approximately ₹26.50 lakhs
5 Deputy Manager ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000 approximately ₹21.20 lakhs
6 Assistant Manager ₹50,000 - ₹1,60,000 approx ₹17.70 lakhs
7 Senior Engineer ₹45,000 - ₹1,50,000 approx ₹15.90 lakhs
8 Engineer/Officer ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000 approx ₹14.10 lakhs

B. On Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis
1 Senior Manager ₹80,000 - ₹2,20,000 approx ₹24.50 lakhs
2 Manager ₹70,000 - ₹2,00,000 approx ₹21.40 lakhs
3 Officer ₹40,000 - ₹1,40,000 approximately ₹12.20 lakh

Regular Appointments:
The candidates selected under this will be placed on a probation period of one year.

FTC Appointments:
The tenure of the candidates selected under these appointments will be 3 years, which can be extended up to 2 years on the basis of better performance. Appointment to FTC posts is not permanent.
