Hariwar's learned astrologer, Pandit Shridhar Shastri, says that the days of Shradh Paksha are determined according to the calculation of the Panchang. Just like the dates of the English calendar move according to time, similarly, the dates of the Panchang move according to the movement of the Sun and the Moon. Therefore, the time of these dates changes. According to the Vedic calendar, the dates of the Shradh Paksha become more or less than 24 hours, due to which two Shradhs come in one day. According to the scriptures, there is no fault in performing two Shradhs in a day because these are the dates on which the ancestors leave their bodies.
How to perform the Shradh of 2 people in 1 day?
On performing Shradh of ancestors on these dates, one gets the complete blessings of the ancestors and the problems going on in life end. In the year 2025, Tritiya and Chaturthi Shradh will be on the same day, which can be done in a time interval. That is, performing one Shradh before 12:00 in the morning and the second Shradh in the afternoon gives benefits. This Shradh will be on Wednesday, September 10, while the Shradh of Saptami in Shradh Paksha is Kshay. This year, 16 Shraddha will be performed in 15 days because Tritiya and Chaturthi Shraddha will be performed on the same day.
