The NIA has made a big disclosure in the case related to the murder of RSS worker Srinivasan in Palakkad, Kerala. The investigation has revealed that the banned organization PFI had conspired to establish Islamic rule in India by 2047. On June 11, the NIA's Ernakulam court rejected the bail plea of Mohammed Bilal, Riyaushdin and other accused. All of them are accused in the case in which RSS worker Srinivasan was brutally murdered.
The NIA told the court that the members and officials of PFI (Popular Front of India), which is now a banned organisation, were involved in a big conspiracy for the last several years. Their aim was to spread terror in the country, increase communal tension and impose Islamic rule in India by 2047.
PFI members were preparing for Islamic rule
According to NIA, PFI members have previously been associated with banned terrorist organizations like SIMI and also have links with international terrorist organizations like LeT, ISIS and Al-Qaeda. There are many cadres of the organization who have also been members of these terrorist organizations. PFI people carried out violence and murders in many parts of the country including Kerala, which created fear among the common people.
NIA claims that PFI was not just trying to spread terror but was also planning to overthrow the country's constitution and democracy and implement a new Islamic constitution.
PFI's plan had four phases1- In the first phase, the Muslim community was to be brought under one flag.
2- The election was to be won by uniting Dalits, backward classes and minorities through a political party named SDPI.
3- After that, they had to gradually infiltrate into power by creating divisions in the society.
4 – In the final stage, the plan was to make SDPI the representative of the entire Muslim community and sideline the rest of the Muslim organizations.
After this, the opponents should be removed from the path by placing loyal people in the judiciary, army and police. A stockpile of weapons should be prepared and Islamic law should be implemented in the country.
Srinivasan's murder was done as per a complete planNIA said that PFI had a special reporter wing and service wing. The reporter wing used to do recce of Hindu leaders of the area and prepare a list, from which targets were selected and killed through the service wing. Srinivasan's murder was also a part of this conspiracy.
According to the NIA, this was not a sudden crime, but a well-planned terrorist attack. Srinivasan was killed because he was on their target. After full preparation, he was brutally killed at the spot. In March this year, the ED also arrested SDPI chief MK Faizi, who is considered an important link in this entire conspiracy.
Overall, the facts presented by the NIA in the court indicate that PFI was involved in a serious terrorist conspiracy aimed not just at killing one person but at destroying the democratic system of the entire country.
