Kanpur Engineer Hair Transplant Death: Dr. Anushka Tiwari did hair transplant for Rs 40,000 in her clinic in Keshavpuram, Kalyanpur, Kanpur, claiming to make hair thicker. Rawatpur police got this information from the family members of both the deceased engineers. Now the police is getting more facts from them.
On Thursday, two youths from Kannauj and Unnao have complained against the accused doctor. Initial investigation revealed that the doctor only has a BDS degree. According to DCP West, hair transplant cannot be done with this degree.

After the hair transplant, Panki Power House engineer Vineet Dubey and Farrukhabad engineer Mayank Katiyar died. Vineet Dubey's wife Jaya has filed a report against Dr. Anushka in Rawatpur police station. According to her, a transplant worth lakhs of rupees was done for a few thousand rupees. The cash amount was taken from the husband before the treatment.
According to the family members of the second deceased Mayank, the doctor had asked Mayank for 40 thousand rupees
online. Telling him that it was a very complicated procedure, the surgery was done for five hours. DCP West Dinesh Tripathi said that investigation has revealed that the accused woman doctor has a BDS degree from a college in Faridabad. Hair transplant cannot be done on the basis of this degree. The doctor's house is locked. Several teams have been deployed to arrest her.
Youths of Kannauj-Unnao also complained that
the number of people getting hair transplant done in Keshavpuram clinic is likely to increase. Kannauj resident Jeet Kumar Katiyar told that he had come to Dr. Anushka's clinic with Mayank Katiyar in October 2024. He got his treatment done there for a few days. His forehead first got infected and then swollen.
On complaining, the clinic staff dismissed it as a minor problem and said that it would be fixed soon. However, the problem was not fixed. The face suffered a lot due to the infection. Rajendra Pathak, a resident of Achalganj in Unnao, said that he came to know about the Hair Trans Plant Clinic after seeing the advertisement.
In August 2024, he brought his friend Vikram to the clinic. The doctor told him about the complete package of hair transplant. Vikram's treatment started. After 15 days of treatment, he suddenly got an infection in his head. Soon the infection spread to his entire face. Vikram is still in bed.
