has revealed she's looking to have her breast implants removed after 11 years, in a bid to feel like her "normal self" again and to be "natural".
The former star, 38, opened up about her plans for the breast reduction in a candid post on Monday, 5 May, alongside a snap as she donned pink lingerie. She wrote: "11 years ago, I had a breast augmentation, one of the things I regret later in life. I had the perfect boobs... they have been great over the years but since being a mum and breastfeeding for one year they have now changed and I’ve always found they make me look bigger!
"Also they are heavy and I don’t like the idea of an implant being in me all these years and I miss my old boob so much .. so after looking around I’ve found someone that I feel really keen with having my consultation with @marksolomos! This is a HUGE step for me I’ve wanted to have them removed for so long but suffering with serve anxiety surgery is the last thing I can do!

"So it’s early stages but I am bringing you along with me! I’m terrified but also for health reasons I’m having implants removed and bring back more to my normal self, wanting to reverse everything back to natural."
Lauren, who first graced our screens on TOWIE back in 2010, underwent a breast augmentation in 2014, taking her from a 34D to a 34E. While she said she loved her breasts at the time, she's recently expressed regrets over the procedure.
The Essex mum, who has a three year old daughter Larose and sadly lost her baby Lorena shortly after birth in 2022, also underwent a 'Brazilian butt lift' (BBL) in Turkey back in 2017. This involved fat being removed from her stomach, thighs, back and hips and injected into her bum - a decision she now deeply regrets.
Just last year, she told "When I had everything done, I looked the b****ks. My boobs looked amazing, I loved how I looked in pictures and all the attention. But now I wish I’d never had anything. I want it all out.
"My bum and boobs make me look bigger and cause me pain. I want to reverse it all and go back to natural."
Lauren also told last year that she didn't want "anything fake" in her body but was concerned about reversing the surgery. She said: "I don’t want any silicone in my body – I don’t want anything fake.
"I want my boobs natural. It’s not healthy to have these big plastic things sitting on top of your lungs. I struggle to breathe properly and I’m always out of breath – because of my boobs. I can’t get any bras or dresses that fit me. They’re absolutely massive."
"When you get stuff done when you’re younger, it’s great," she said. "I looked great, felt great and had a really good time with them. Now, I’m older, I’ve had two kids, I’ve breastfed, they don’t look like what they used to look like. They’ve dropped, they’re absolutely massive and they make me look bigger. If I got rid of them, I’d probably look half the size."
Lauren is keen to impart wisdom to the younger generation and her own daughter about the importance of health. She shared her desire for her child not to "change anything" about herself, including her hair colour, when she's older.
The former TOWIE star also mentioned that she hadn't had fillers in over two years but has Botox three times a year. The TV star, who has also appeared on Celebrity , , and Celebs Go Dating, added that she doesn't drink, smoke, vape or have caffeine - and just wants to be "healthier and happier."
