Nomura has maintained its buy rating on CG Power but has cut the target price to Rs 825 from Rs 900 earlier. Analysts said that while the company beat analysts’ estimates on inflows, its railway business dragged down its margin. They feel demand tailwinds are intact for power systems. However, the company is gaining market share in value-added industrial system products.
Citigroup maintained its sell rating on PNB with the target price at Rs 91. Analysts said the lender breached the 1% return on assets rate while its quarterly profit was aided by treasury gains, recoveries. They also pointed out that PNB’s net interest slipped during the quarter and slippages were higher. For FY26 credit growth guidance is at 11-12% and deposits at 9-10%.
